Right of withdrawal and refund
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:
- Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving the product
- Return the product in your possession within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
The product must be returned intact, with all accessories and accompanying documents. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
